WaterLink Jamaica is a marketplace operated by Fraternal Ventures Limited. The platform collects account, contact, service-area, order and transaction information needed to match customers with providers, operate accounts, provide support and protect the service.
Information necessary to fulfil an order may be shared with the providers and delivery partners involved in that order. Administrative access is role-controlled.
Users may request correction of inaccurate account information. Retention, payment-provider and notification details will be updated as production integrations are enabled.
